Cedar Wood Upgrade ? Western red cedar replaces the standard pressure-treated frame. Naturally rot- and insect-resistant, it needs no chemical treatment and ages to a warm silver-grey. Adds roughly 5-8 kg per strut. Included Western red cedar trim adds natural warmth, character, and resistance to moisture and decay. Skylight Upgrade ? Clear polycarbonate panels swap in for the shaded ones so you get an unobstructed view and extra daylight. Fit them at the apex as a skylight or lower as windows. UV-stable and rated to the same snow load as the standard panels. Included Our fixed greenhouse skylight upgrade adds transparent polycarbonate panels at the dome’s peak or other selected locations for additional natural light. Additional Door ? A second lockable access door, placed opposite the main entry. Handy on the larger domes for cross-flow ventilation and wheelbarrow access, and it helps meet egress requirements for classrooms and public buildings. Included Add a second entrance for easier access, equipment movement, and greater flexibility.
