Growing Dome kits are made to order at Arctic Acres' facility in Portland, Ontario and shipped across Canada through multiple freight providers.

Shipping costs and delivery logistics vary based on location, site accessibility, dome size, and order configuration.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated production and delivery window. Timelines are subject to change, but are typically 4 to 6 weeks March to May, and 3 to 5 weeks for the remainder of the year.

Our team will coordinate with you to schedule delivery, confirm receiving requirements, and ensure someone is available to accept the shipment. To ensure alignment with your build window and local weather, we recommend ordering well in advance of your intended build date.
