A GeoHome project begins with a clear understanding of your goals, property, timeline, and intended use. Whether you are planning a guest space, office, rental unit, studio, or more customized living structure, the Arctic Acres team can help you review your options and move through the next steps with confidence.

How to Place an Order

The ordering process begins with a quote request through the Arctic Acres website or by contacting our team directly. A typical order follows these steps:

  1. 1 Review your optionsStart by reviewing the GeoHome catalogue and available customization options, including room insert options, the GeoHab connected module, exterior colours, window placement, and other available upgrades.
  2. 2 Request a quoteSubmit a quote request online or contact our team directly. This gives us the project details needed to prepare a personalized quote based on your location, selected options, delivery requirements, and intended use.
  3. 3 Speak to our teamOnce we receive your request, our team will review your project and provide a detailed quote. We can help answer questions about layout, upgrades, delivery, foundations, utilities, and planning considerations before you confirm your order.
  4. 4 Confirm your orderWhen you are ready to proceed, Arctic Acres will issue the required order documents, including your sales agreement and invoice. A 50% down payment is required to secure your order and production timeline, with the remaining balance due before your scheduled delivery date.
  5. 5 Prepare for delivery and assemblyOnce your order is in production, our team will coordinate delivery details and help you prepare. GeoHomes are flat-packed and can be shipped in a 20-foot shipping container, with assembly resources and product-specific documentation provided to support the process.

Engineering drawings and technical documentation are typically released after order confirmation and deposit. If selected drawings are needed earlier for municipal review, they may be provided under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Project Consultation

A project consultation gives you an opportunity to discuss your site, intended use, layout goals, upgrade options, utilities, foundation planning, and overall project scope. Our team can help identify key considerations, explain available options, and point you toward the resources or documentation that may support your planning process.

Order Confirmation and Timeline

Once your project details are reviewed, Arctic Acres can provide a project-specific quote outlining the GeoHome package, selected options, delivery considerations, and next steps. When you are ready to proceed, your order is confirmed through the required agreement, deposit, and production paperwork. Timelines will depend on your selected configuration, production schedule, delivery location, site readiness, and any project-specific requirements.

Continued Planning

While your order is being prepared, continue working through the remaining project details. This may include municipal review, foundation planning, contractor coordination, utility routes, interior layout, finishing materials, appliances, furnishings, and any required inspections. Thoughtful planning before delivery can help make assembly and finishing smoother.
